The "total monthly visitors" refers to pixel events. Every time the pixel is loaded, we count this as a "visitor" on your site. The reason we limit "total monthly visitors" is because every time the pixel is loaded we capture data to our servers recording all of the information and we are charged by our cloud infrastructure providers for storing this data.
