Growify’s WordPress plugin seamlessly integrates Growify with your WordPress / WooCommerce website. It allows you to track customer events and journey, gather behavioral data about your website visitors and gain deeper insights into your store’s performance. Follow these steps to install and set up the plugin.
1. Growify Plugin Installation
Log in to your WordPress dashboard
Navigate to Plugins → Add New Plugin on the left sidebar (1)
Click Upload Plugin button (2)
Click Choose File button and select the Growify plugin .zip file (3)
Click Install Now button (4)
6. Click Activate Plugin button (5)
2. Insert Pixel API Key
You should be automatically redirected to Growify plugin settings page. But if you're not, you can click Growify from the left side navigation menu. (6)
Copy the API key from your Growify account (Growify Dashboard > Settings > PowerPixel) and paste it into the API Key field. (7)
Press the Save Changes button (8)
3. Verify PowerPixel Connection and Status
Open your store on an incognito or private window of the browser. (Make sure that you are not logged in into WordPress admin.)
Open the DevTools
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + I or F12
macOS: ⌘ + ⌥ + I
Refresh the page (with DevTools open), then go to the Network Tab. Filter by the keyword grpV2 and locate the event. (9)
4. If the event has been located, the status will be updated as soon as the data is
is indexed (which takes around 10–15 minutes) on the Growify dashboard. (10)
4. Confirm that you've done all the steps above
Once you have done all the steps above, you're ready to go.
