Step 1: Setting Up Your Integrations
The first step in using Growify is to ensure your integrations are correctly set up. Integrations allow Growify to pull data from platforms you use for marketing, helping you gain valuable insights from a single dashboard.
Integration Process
Meta Ads:
Select the Meta Ads option in the Integrations section.
A popup will appear, prompting you to log in to Facebook and select the account you want to connect to.
Once connected, a green dot will appear next to the Meta Ads integration, indicating a successful connection.
Google Ads:
Similar to Meta Ads, click on the Google Ads integration, log in to your account, and authorize access. A green dot will confirm the connection.
Klaviyo:
For Klaviyo, access your Klaviyo account to generate an API key with “Read” permissions.
Copy and paste the API key into the Growify prompt to complete the connection.
Shopify:
If you use Shopify, simply log in to your Shopify account and download the Growify app.
This integration will connect your Shopify store and synchronize data with Growify.
Once all integrations are set up, verify that they display the correct connection status in the top right drop-down. A green dot indicates an active connection, while red highlights any integration issues.
Step 2: Configuring the PowerPixel™
The Power Pixel is a tracking script essential for capturing website data and conversion metrics. This script enables Growify to record key actions, such as purchases or form submissions, on your website. Growify’s PowerPixel™ is compatible with various website builders, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, and custom-built sites. For non-Shopify or non-WooCommerce sites, Growify provides a universal integration guide, similar to installing scripts for Google Tag Manager.
Installing the PowerPixel™
Navigate to the PowerPixel™ section. This script needs to be placed in the header of every page on your website.
For the best results, add the script to both your header code (for tracking page visits) and your thank-you page (to capture order details).
Ensure you include two key variables in the script: product quantity and product price. These fields are essential for accurate data collection on Growify and should be configured according to the product’s details or the value of leads if tracking form submissions.
Optional Tracking with UTM Parameters
To ensure accurate attribution, integrate UTM parameters into your ad platforms, such as Meta, Google, Klaviyo, or any others like Pinterest, Microsoft, Snapchat, or TikTok. UTMs allow Growify to track which campaigns and channels are driving sales, providing more detailed sales attribution.
Step 3: Navigating and Customizing the Growify Dashboard
Once your integrations and Power Pixel are set up, Growify’s dashboard becomes the central hub for analyzing your marketing performance. Here’s how to customize and make the most of it:
Key Dashboard Features
Pinned Metrics:
Pin critical metrics, like blended ad revenue, blended ROAS, and blended CPA, to the top of the dashboard.
“Blended” metrics aggregate data across platforms (e.g., Meta and Google Ads), giving a combined view of performance.
Metric Customization:
Use the gear icon to choose which metrics appear in each section of the dashboard.
Organize sections for blended metrics, individual platform metrics (e.g., Meta, Google, Klaviyo), and insights like Meta Creative or Shopify Product Insights.
Time Frame Selection:
Customize the date range to review specific time frames or compare against previous periods.
This allows for straightforward performance comparisons, helping you gauge trends over time.
Analyzing Performance with Color-Coded Metrics
Metric Colors: Growify uses color coding to help you quickly assess performance:
Green indicates upward trends.
Red signifies downward trends.
Darker shades reflect stronger trends, giving a clear visual overview of key metrics.
Detailed Insights: Clicking on any metric opens a detailed, daily breakdown, offering in-depth insights into changes over time.
